Sleeve measurements are take to be consitant with a man's dress shirt (from the center back seam at the neck to the wrist). Coats may come with or without shoulder loops or sleeve braids. USAF Mess Dress Coats are in Very Good condition and are previously worn unless marked Brand New With Tags (NWT) or Brand New With Out Tags (NWOT).
