The Iris A-Line Midi Dress in Blush Floral is a belted midi dress in soft blush with delicate floral print, cut from a natural viscose blend with metallic fibers woven into the fabric for a luminous sheen. The piece is built for spring weddings, daytime ceremony occasions, and mother of the bride dressing where the palette reads romantic without tipping sweet.

Fabric
Premium European blend (84 percent viscose, 10 percent metallic fibers, 6 percent elastane) fully lined with viscose underlining, in a soft blush ground with delicate floral print. The viscose feels cool and smooth against the skin (the rare combination of elegance and comfort through long spring and summer days), the 10 percent metallic fibers provide a quiet luminous sheen rather than reflective shine, and the 6 percent elastane delivers shape recovery and a softly stretched drape across the silhouette. Designed and crafted in Europe as part of Luna Fashion House. Featured at OC Fashion Week 2026, Catalina Island runway.

Fit
The Iris runs true to size with an A-line silhouette and adjustable belted waist. For a fitted silhouette through the waist, take your true size and tighten the belt to preference. Between sizes, take the smaller. Refer to the Luna sizing guide for measurements. Model is 5 foot 9 inches wearing size 4.

Styling
With nude block-heel pumps, pearl drop earrings, and a satin clutch for refined daytime mother of the bride and spring ceremony dressing.
Under the Agatha Pearl Detail Blazer in Ivory for warm-cool ivory-pearl contrast across blush dressing.
Or with the Linea Belted Midi Coat in Ivory for cool-weather spring ceremony arrival where the coat layers over the dress.
Carried with the Julia Evening Clutch Bag in Green for warm-cool jewel-tone-and-blush evening reception dressing.
With the Rhea Jacquard Blazer with Pearl Detail in Ivory for layered pearl-detail spring ceremony dressing.
Or under the Jody Tailored Cardigan in Ivory for refined ivory-cardigan-and-blush daytime garden party dressing.
Coordinate metal tone consistently: pearl and silver hardware read modern with the blush floral; gold and warm rose-tone hardware read classic and romantic.

Care
Premium European blend (84 percent viscose, 10 percent metallic fibers, 6 percent elastane). Fully lined with viscose underlining. Professional dry cleaning recommended for the finest results. Spot clean gently when needed. Iron or steam on low setting only. Do not bleach. Store on a padded hanger.

Featured in the modern mother of the bride guide, the engagement party outfit guide, and the Easter brunch outfit guide. Explore the Dresses Edit, the Mother of the Bride Edit, and the Spring Summer Wedding Edit.

Important reading for every working woman!
Format: Hardcover
Let me start by saying that this isn't a genre I am normally drawn to. I usually am a fiction reader, but a trusted friend recommended this book so highly that I felt I should give it a chance. I'm so glad I put aside my hesitation, as I really feel this is a book that every woman in the American workforce should read. It is a fascinating primer in how we got where we are, and how much effort it took to gain even our somewhat compromised equality. While the legal issues involved can be a little complex, Thomas does an excellent job of breaking them down into straightforward concepts. I also really appreciated her ability to make the whole process of moving a case up through the Court of Appeals and eventually to the Supreme Court come to life. For those of us who are not in the legal profession, this process can seem mysterious, but this book made it easy to understand. By clearly and patiently laying out the facts of each case, Thomas also gives the reader the opportunity to test their own assumptions and think through the logic of the cases for themselves. For me, it was a fascinating opportunity to weigh my assumptions about my political leanings against my intellectual analysis of the facts, and I often surprised myself. All in all, I think this is an important book, and also a surprisingly accessible and engaging one. You will feel smarter and much more informed after reading it. And if you are a woman, you may well also feel grateful for those brave women (and men) who fought and struggled to make your experience in the workplace fairer.

Like a real-life legal thriller. Especially if you're thrilled by the progress we've made.
Format: Hardcover
This book, while deeply researched and rigorous, is the opposite of legalese. Thomas's vivid, thoughtful, witty storytelling reveals the real (and courageous) people behind the cases that made employment discrimination law what it is today. It shows not just the impact of law on people, but the impact of people on law. These women's struggles (and those of the advocates at their side) are both infuriating and inspiring. (That was me on the subway yelling at the book, alternating between "WHAT THE HELL?!" and "YOU GO, IDA!") Read it on the train, read it on the beach; just read it. I have a zillion friends with spring birthdays, not to mention my mom (who came of working age during this gender-siloed Mad-Men-tastic era) and I'm buying it for every single one.
