4. Delivery time:
(1).Normal delivery time: Within 25 days (From May to Dec)
Around 30 days (From Jan to April), it's busy season together with spring festival holiday, so produce time will be long.
(2).Rush delivery time:Within 15 days(From May to Dec),But more complicated dresses take within 20 days.
5. Packing: in order to save your shipping cost, each dress will be packed tightly with water proof bag.
6. Shipping: by UPS or DHL or some special airline.
7. Payment: Paypal, bank transfer, western union, money gram and so on.
8. Return Policy:
We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right, but we offer free modify.

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:
(1). Contact us within 2 days of receiving the dress (please let us know if you have some exceptional case in advance)
(2). Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and colour etc.
(3). The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
(4). The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
(5). If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
(6). You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
(7). When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty:

Good looking shelves and easy install - skip the included drywall anchors

I installed these shelves in a bedroom to get things off my dresser and some decor. Once mounted they look really nice. The black finish looks clean and modern and they blend in well with the room.
Installation was pretty straightforward. The metal bracket mounts to the wall first and then the shelf slides over the bracket. As long as you take your time lining things up it’s a simple project.
One thing I strongly recommend is not using the white plastic self-drilling drywall anchors that come with the kit. I’ve used that style before on other projects and they tend to strip out easily and leave larger holes in drywall. I used better anchors instead and the shelves mounted much more securely.
The rest of the hardware worked fine and once installed the shelves feel solid and hold items well.

Cons
- The small level included isn’t very accurate — use your own level
- One of the metal brackets was slightly bent out of the box but straightened out easily
Helpful tip:
Use your own level and better drywall anchors if you have them. It makes installation easier and the shelves will mount much more securely.
Final thoughts:
For the price these are nice looking floating shelves that install easily and work well for light storage and decor.

The shelves sag away from the wall overtime

Although the wood quality and finish of the shelf are clean and well-made, the main issue is that the shelves begin to sag over time while holding around 10 pounds, even though the product listing claims they can support up to 20 pounds. They may perform better on a brick wall, but on drywall you should be cautious.
To fix the problem, I had to purchase floating shelf brackets for support, which solved the sagging issue. However, this defeats the purpose of the “floating” aesthetic. Since the shelf is in my bedroom, I can overlook it, but I personally wouldn’t install these in a common area if I wanted a clean floating look.
