This is a pretty vintage 1920's Hungarian peasant dress in a unique light green color. This dress is made of embroidered green cotton voile and has rows of decorative smock pleating at the waist. This lightweight vintage dress has short sleeves and dark green and cream embroidery and cutwork on both the bodice and the skirt.

The dress slips overhead and has no closures. It is in good condition, just has a small amount of the pleating stitches out at the waist. It is in excellent condition considering it has led a previous life of almost 100 years!

Estimated size: 4/ 6, it is meant to be worn loosely fitting so it could even be worn by a size 2, but please use measurements as a guide for the best fit. The shoulders tend to be the area of fit concern for the earlier dresses.
