Start with a very light watering after planting. After that, watering is typically infrequent—monitor soil moisture and condensation. If the glass is heavily fogged for days, vent briefly. If the soil dries out, add small sips of water.
Moss, fittonia (nerve plant), miniature ferns, and small tropical cuttings are popular choices for a sealed-style setup. Avoid harsh direct sun and choose plants with similar moisture needs.
