Soil: Good drainage is the biggest factor when considering soil. Lavenders will tolerate a lot- drought, salt, wind and slopes, but they will not deal well with poor drainage and moist soil! Give them loamy soil with a pH of 7 to 8.5.g to drain!
Comments: Good circulation is vital as lavenders cannot tolerate damp and humid conditions. They need a lot of room to grow and they need a lot of air moving around them to avoid excess moisture which will lead to rot. Lavender are a must have and easy to grow.
