Soft, plush PureCosi™ fabric, padding, and cushions wrap your kiddo in comfort and remove easily to machine-wash and dry. Even installation is a breeze with the 1-click LATCH connectors. Rear-facing (4–40 lbs. and 19"–40"), forward-facing (22–65 lbs. and 29"–49"), belt-positioning booster (40–100 lbs. and 43"–52").

It has a zippered cover on it you can remove & wash. This one seems to have a thin, protective permanent cover thing on it. I assume so you potentially can wash the pillow. May attempt that in a few months.
