Origins
Monstera deliciosa is native to the tropical rainforests of southern Mexico and Central America, from Chiapas south through Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, and Panama. The 'Mint Variegated' form is a rare, stable variegated sport selected and propagated in cultivation for its distinctive soft green-on-green patterning.
