Dracaena Arborea, also known as the Tall Dragon Plant, possesses a magnificent form with its dense cluster of dark green, dagger-like leaves. Its presence creates an exotic and majestic atmosphere in any location. Dracaena plants are highly favored by designers for both public and private settings, due to their graceful, long-lasting foliage and effortless upkeep. Though originating from Africa, Southern Asia, and parts of Northern Australia, these resilient plants have successfully adapted to cooler climates over time.

Light: Dracaena plants thrive best in warm environments, with moderate to bright filtered sunlight. They can survive in low light conditions as well, but too much direct, harsh sunlight will scorch their leaves.

Water: When it comes to watering Dracaena, a good rule to follow is to water them only when the soil feels dry to touch. Then, water them fully, until the water starts to flow out from the bottom of the pot. Then let the soil dry out before you water again.

Humidity: These plants do love humid environments, but can tolerate standard indoor humidity. If you notice the leaf tips starting to curl or brown, try increasing the humidity with a humidifier or daily spritzing. 

This plant is not safe for pets.

These make me sleep like a baby! I am 52 and often could not turn my brain off to go to sleep or stay asleep at night. About 30-45 minutes after taking these my head hits the pillow and I’m out! I take 3 tablets / 15 mg. No groggy feeling in the morning. My previous experience with melatonin had been gummies - 10-12 mg and did not work as well. Taste was also inconsistent. These are a nice peppermint, like the circle-O candies we ate as a kid. A little chalky but not bad. They don’t dissolve as fast as I thought but directions say ok to chew so then they dissolve very quickly. I also like that company is fully USA for development and manufacture. Many of gummies are not. The tablet format is also very convenient to pack for travel. I have not tried full pill format by any manufacturer.

I purchased these because I understand that the natural production of melatonin decreases drastically after the age of 40. I have been using another brand that much more expensive for a lower dosage. I read the other reviews and decided to give these a try. I have been taking them for about 30 days. I think, I have a good understanding of the pills. It appears that the other brand had a more consistent effect. They sublingual and you would feel drowsy after about 20 minutes. These are slow desolve and take effect after 30 minutes or so. My only issue was consistency. I would say that 90% of the time I would be drowsy. Once or twice a month they would have a minimal effect. They are a stronger dose, 5 mg versus 3 mg of the other product. They are less expensive and they work most of the time.
