The Rasta Lipstick Plant produces leaves which are slightly twisted and blooms with very beautiful scarlet flowers in summer and autumn. Rasta Lipstick Plants can withstand the dry indoor air of our homes. As the flowers start to emerge, the flower looks like a tube of lipstick. Lipstick Plants flower readily, requiring minimal care to be healthy and happy. The foliage is bright green and waxy, making Rasta Lipstick Plants attractive even when it's not flowering. It prefers to be in plenty of bright, indirect light and likes to dry out somewhat between watering.
