Fragaria virginiana

Commonly known as Wild Strawberries, Virginia Strawberry, and Scarlet Strawberry.

A ground-hugging, semi-evergreen, herbaceous perennial that typically grows to only 4-7” tall but spreads indefinitely by runners (stolons) which root to form new plants as they sprawl along the ground, often forming large colonies over time. It is native to woodland openings, meadows, prairies, limestone glades and cleared areas including roadsides across most of the U.S. and Canada. Each leaf has three coarsely toothed leaflets. Five-petaled white flowers with yellow center stamens bloom in April-May in flat umbel-like clusters. Flowers give way to strawberries which mature to red in a much smaller size (to 1/2” and across) than fruits produced by cultivated strawberry plants. Seeds are embedded in the pits of the strawberries.

Easily grown in fertile, moist to dry-mesic, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade (prefers some shade in Texas). Prefers organically rich, sandy loams. This is a cool-season perennial that grows best in spring and fall. After setting fruit, plants may slow down or go dormant in hot summer months. Plants flower reliably in spring, but the subsequent appearance of fruit is dependent upon climatic conditions.

Makes a great groundcover or border plant or to help with erosion control on slopes. Fruits are quite small but very tasty with a sweet/tart flavor and may be eaten fresh off the vine or cooked into a variety of dishes including pies and jams.

Larval host plant for Grizzled Skipper and Gray Hairstreak.

Height: 3"-9"
Spreads indefinitely
Bloom: April-June
Light: Full Sun-Part Shade
Water: Low-Medium
Zone: 5-9
Origin: Texas, most of the U.S., Canada

Helped transfer data from Samsung Galaxy S21 with broken screen.
Color: Black
Helped me transfer data from a Samsung Galaxy S21 with broken screen. Simple put USB C end into phone , grab HDMI cable and plug into hub , then plug HDMI end into a monitor. Then grab a wireless keyboard & mouse and plug dongle into hub. Your phone will output to monitor and you can transfer data via Smart Switch using keyboard & mouse. Will only work if phone is unlocked I found on S21.

Best Charging Block Around!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve been using this Anker charging block for a bit now, and its great. First off, it’s just really stylish—it has that clean, premium look that blends right in with your other devices, but you can feel it's packed with some serious, heavy-duty tech. Having three ports on one block changes the game completely. You can plug in multiple items at once without losing speed. When you pair this block with a solid high-speed cord, the charging performance is incredible. Just this morning, I hooked up my phone and my monitoring app showed it was pushing an absolute peak of 4,800 mA straight to the battery. It juices everything up incredibly fast without getting hot. If you want something compact, well-built, and professional that just gets the job done every single time, this is the one to get.

Great product!
Bought this as a gift for a friend, and he loves it! It was a great replacement for what he had before, and was such great value! Built well, performs well, is compact, and is perfect for on-the-go use. Great replacement for carrying around multiple blocks for multiple devices. Might have to get one for myself...

All in one heavy duty charging brick
Love that this charger has a metal housing — it feels heavy-duty and well-built in a way most charging bricks don’t. Charges fast, handles a laptop, a phone, and a tablet at the same time without breaking a sweat, and the foldable prongs make it actually travel-friendly. 65W is the sweet spot for daily life: enough to power a MacBook Air or Pro, plus charge two more devices. Pros: • Solid metal build feels premium • 65W is plenty for laptops, tablets, and phones • Three ports (2 USB-C, 1 USB-A) • Foldable prongs for travel • Compact for the wattage Cons: • Heavier than plastic chargers (the trade-off for the build) • Maxing out all three ports splits the wattage, so not everything fast-charges simultaneously Tips: • Use a high-quality USB-C cable to actually hit fast charging speeds • For laptop charging, plug into the top USB-C port for max output • Great single-charger replacement for travel — covers laptop, phone, and tablet in one brick
