Origins
Sansevieria bacularis is native to the tropical and subtropical regions of central and eastern Africa, where it grows in dry scrubland and rocky, well-drained soils under intense sunlight.
Soil and Substrate
Sansevieria bacularis needs a fast-draining substrate that dries rapidly between waterings. Standard tropical potting mixes retain too much moisture for this species.
