Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is the tread pattern carved around the entire circumference?
Yes, the tread is continuous to ensure a realistic tire effect from every angle.
  • Do these wheels fit a standard 3/8" axle or dowel?
The 3/8" center hole fits most model and toy axles and pegs securely.
  • Are they pre-sanded and finish-ready?
Wheels arrive smooth and splinter-free, ready for direct painting, staining, or clear finishing.
  • Are these strong enough for fully functional toys or carts?
Birch wood and the 3/4" thickness supply superior strength, even in weight-bearing rolling applications.
  • Can I order in classroom or bulk quantities?
Yes, the wheel is available in multipacks and bulk to support education, manufacturing, and workshop needs.
  • Will the treads stay crisp with frequent use?
The carved birch detail stays sharp for long periods of rolling or typical play on smooth surfaces.
  • Can the wheel be further drilled or detailed for custom projects?
Birch accepts careful custom drilling and surface enhancements for axle or decorative needs.
  • Is the wheel sized for standard wooden vehicle upgrades?
The 2" size fits most medium to large wooden cars, trucks, and carts or as an upgrade for replacing older wheels.

Select the 2" treaded birch wheel when your DIY, model, or toy build calls for durability, scale realism, and secure rolling function—trusted for professional and educational projects alike.

Used Watch?
Color: Black/Gray/Digital
The watch is great but the watch had been worn. The protective film was removed and it was loose in the watch box and not on the plastic holder. I bought a new watch not a used one. Joe

My last Timex and why.
Color: Black/Gray/Digital, Color: Black/Gray/Digital
New edit. Upon further reflection, I’ve only had, a couple of exploratory years with Swatch excepted, Timex watches. My first one was when my mother replaced the Chicita Banana “tickity tock” sticker with a real Timex wind up watch before my first Cub Scout camp. In addition to many other Timex products, I’ve had these Ironman watches for the past 25+years. Usually the band wears out and can’t be replaced after three or four years. This particular watch fell apart less than six weeks old. It wasn’t hit by impact. It just came apart while I was driving down the road. I wonder if they’ve changed their manufacturing process. See photo for details. What is truly infuriating is that rather than replacing it, because it is truly a warranty issue, the told me to ship it to their offshore repair facility (which could take 3-5 months) and pay what might be half the value of the watch. Things happen, but the intentional friction they have created to avoid their obligations borders on malpractice and speaks to their indifference toward customer experience and subsequent lifetime value.

As expected
Color: Gray/Gray/Digital
Just an old school digital timex. Tried and true. Has both 12hr and 24hr function on the time setting. Has a standard stop watch and timer. The battery is great, just as it always is on a timex. Good water resistance and very easy to use. Overall very good watch for the price!
