MG per capsule is 600 MG or more based on the label which is pretty good. Black pepper is known to aid in absorption so you always want to see that with turmeric and some other supplements that benefit from its addition. Made in the USA is great. Ingredients are sourced domestically and globally. It would be nice to know where they come from outside of the USA. This is a very solid option for turmeric.
